Something happened to Vikas! Mom could easily get her son’s mood as soon as he entered the home.
Vikas did not talk for a while.
Then he started: “Mama, I cannot bear this any more! It has become too bad, including physical!”
Mama was at sea!
He continued: “….he started using nasty words and also beating me without any reason! He insulted me mama…”
Mama asked: “Who is he!”

Yeah, few days away from scribbling my notes…let me keep the excuses away, back to work! 🙂
Just saw a mail notification on my subscription to change.org. It was about a memorial for our beloved Dr. Abdul Kalam!
Surprised to see that! Then I did an internet read on that topic. I realized that the burial site was almost disgracefully discarded! Whether a memorial is needed to remember one of our greatest scientists, or not, I felt bad on the attitude and gratitude shown by us to him.
It should have been a place for any student to start his research, grab a strong inspiration to fly high for our country!
So, I just joined a baby step again. If you think, it makes sense, just join in some way, not only the below way!
Build a Memorial at Kalam’s Burial Site #KalamMemorial – Sign the Petition!
Because, I believe remembrance is gratitude!
* * *
* * *
“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned”- Gautama Buddha.
Do you get anger? It cross the limits* and hurts objects and minds? (*limit: there is no fixed definition for this. It depends on us!)
Those are the moments we want to forget or even erase from our life, right? Even then, it just happens and repeats!
From this point, I assume you agree to the initial quote from Gautama Buddha on anger.
So, even if we think anger burns us, we are unable to stop. May be as the first step, let’s accept the fact that we get anger! (Irrespective of the frequency). Next, re-confirm and read the quote at the beginning of this verse.
Now let’s try some steps through which we can observe these situation a bit closer! Can it help?

Mood swings happen in daily life. It can be due the processing of multiple things at the same time or endless questions to solve a hurdle in daily life. In fact the impact on your brain is the same. It makes you feel annoyed and moody!
…at times, you feel there is no reason for your feeling!
Often, when this kind of situation comes frequently, the frequency will become the reason for the next irritation! You start to think..”Often I am getting irritated…often my mood swings…often, i am not able to sleep…”

Friends all left after their futile wait for him.
They know his 5 minutes is just over 20 minutes, or more sometimes!
He wanted to ask them not to wait for him everyday! However, it never happend!
By the time he joins them, they would have finished their lunch. Still, everyday they come, wait for him. They all like his lunch talks. He picks interesting topics and describes it like stories.
He talks about latest technologies in air-crafts, automotives, mobile, software and most interesting is on daily life…like why you feel nausea in the car for a long drive, what you should do and science behind it…..
Recently, friends started giving him topics to prepare! 🙂
Today, are they waiting?
